Program Information
P3 is excited to introduce our first-ever P3 Sports Camp! This one-day camp will be led by our experienced P3 Soccer and P3 Basketball staff, offering a holistic experience for participants and an opportunity to explore a new sport! Designed to fit the CMS teacher workday on March 31, this camp gives players a chance to build their soccer and basketball skills, stay active, and connect with other young athletes in a fun and supportive setting. Morning Session (9am - 11:30am): Basketball Training Lunch Break: 11:30am - 12pm Afternoon Session: (12pm - 3pm): Indoor Soccer/Futsal Training What to Wear ✅ Athletic clothing ✅ Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED for participation 🚫 No cleats with studs allowed What to Bring 🥪 Snack & lunch 💧 Water bottle Logistics 📍 Location: Collinswood Language Academy (5621 Flagstaff Dr, Charlotte, NC) 📅 Date: Monday, March 31 - CMS Teacher Work Day 🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Drop-off starts at 8:30 AM for parent convenience) 🎒 Who Can Join? Open to players in Kindergarten – 5th grade 🚗 Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Front entrance of the school ⚽🏀 Our coaches will be on-site early to ensure a smooth check-in process. See you there! Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or rescheduling for individually purchased sessions or packages must be done at least 72 hours before your session. Otherwise, your session may be lost. Cancellations for programs with reoccurring payments must be requested at least one week before your next draft date. Additionally, attempts will be made to reschedule sessions that are cancelled due to inclement weather or factors out of P3 Soccer Lab's control. For our After-school programs, in order to ensure smooth operation, we kindly request your cooperation with our late pickup policy. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late pickups; one instance of late arrival is allowed without a fee. Subsequent late pickups will incur a $5 fee for every 10-minute block. To facilitate communication, please notify us in advance of any anticipated lateness or emergencies. Late pickup fees will be invoiced directly. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines are appreciated as we strive to maintain a positive and organized environment for all participants.
